Navigation
You can navigate around the site in several ways:
- Using Quick Links at the top of the screen to get to a topic
- Using the top Subject Boxes for Mortgage and Savings Information
- Using the subject bar to navigate to required topics
- Using the left menu to navigate to relevant topics
- Use the Site Map to find pages which will allow you to navigate to specific topics.
We want this website to be accessible to everyone and to make it easy to view; our pages have been designed to conform at a minimum to Level A compliance, as specified by the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI).
You can make changes to your Internet settings so that our website suits your own requirements, these include:
Font Size:
You can specify the font size, which can be useful if you have poor vision.
To change the font size in Internet Explorer 5.5, 6 or 7 and Mozilla Firefox:
- Select the View menu
- Select Text Size
- Choose the size you require
To view Full Screen press the F11 key or choose Full screen on the View menu.
To apply font and colour changes permanently:
- Select the Tools menu
- Click Internet Options
- Select Accessibility
- Click the three boxes to show ticks
To prevent images from appearing:
- Select the Tools menu
- Click Internet Options
- On the Advanced tab, go to Multimedia Options and remove the tick against 'Show pictures'
- Click Apply
In Netscape:
- To change fonts, choose Appearance then Font
- To change colours, click on Appearance, then colours
- To prevent images appearing, select Advanced and remove the tick from 'Automatically load images'
