Listeners to Oak FM will recognise a familiar name on the airwaves during early 2011 as the Earl Shilton Building Society has launched a new mortgage radio campaign.

The 30 second ad focuses on how, in the robotic world of finance where sometimes your mortgage application is decided by a computer, the Earl Shilton understands the importance of being treated like an individual and prefers the human approach with our customers. Listeners will hear how our friendly mortgage team is on hand to talk to customers face to face and provides a human perspective on their requirements.

The clip will run at least five times every weekday and occasionally at weekends too throughout January, February and March and works alongside a recent advertising campaign that customers will have spotted in our branches.

Here at the Earl Shilton we strongly believe that every mortgage application is different and should be dealt with individually, rather than a computer declining it simply because it doesn’t meet strict criteria. In recent months we have seen a number of new customers take a mortgage with the Society and we hope this new radio campaign will generate many more enquiries over the coming months.”
