Extra Yield Shares
Extra Yield Share Account Notice Accounts are for those who are prepared to tie up their funds for a period of time.
Key Features:
  • Minimum balance £100, maximum investment £50,000.
  • No withdrawals are allowed in the first six months and then 180 days notice is required; however withdrawal of balance is available without notice and without penalty if it is used as a deposit for house purchase in conjunction with an Earl Shilton Building Society mortgage.
  • At the Society's discretion, after the first six months, notice may be waived subject to 180 days loss of interest on the amount withdrawn.
  • Interest is calculated to the end of February and is available from 1st March, it may be transferred to another account with the Society or to a bank account.
  • Interest rates are calculated daily and are variable.
  • This account is limited to one per investor.

Monthly Income Shares
Monthly Income Share Account This account is designed to give a monthly income. You can have your interest paid into your bank account or another Earl Shilton account.
Key Features:
  • Interest is paid monthly and may be transferred to another account with the Society or to a bank account.
  • Interest rates are calculated daily and are variable.
  • Minimum balance £1,000, maximum investment £180,000.
  • Tiered interest rate. The more you save the more interest you earn.
  • 90 days notice of withdrawal is required.
  • At the Society's discretion, notice may be waived subject to 90 days loss of interest on the amount withdrawn.

Capital 90
Capital 90 The Capital 90 offers tiered interest rates, so the more you invest the better reward you will receive and you still have access to your money.
Key Features:
  • Tiered interest rates. As your balance increases, so does the interest rate.
  • Minimum balance £500, maximum investment £180,000.
  • If the balance is maintained at £20,000 or more then no notice of withdrawal is required, otherwise 90 days notice is required.
  • At the Society's discretion, notice may be waived subject to 90 days loss of interest on the amount withdrawn.
  • Interest is calculated to the end of February and is available from the 1st March, it may be transferred to another account with the Society or to a bank account.
  • Interest rates are calculated daily and are variable.
