As part of the changes to our brand identity that were introduced towards the end of last year, we encouraged our members to put themselves forward and share their mortgage experiences with the Society.
This led to us carrying out a number of case studies with our members, with the aim of demonstrating the broad range of circumstances that are brought before us, and how we are able to tailor our services to meet the needs of each individual.
For our website poll in June, we asked people if, having read through the member case studies, they were more inclined to take out a mortgage with us than previously.
The results showed that a resounding 72% of participants felt more determined to borrow with the Society, having browsed our case studies.
