Building society takes on a new customer service assistant

Nicki Moss is the latest to join our growing team.

Earl Shilton Building Society has recruited a new customer service assistant to offer support to its members and deal with customer enquiries at its Earl Shilton and Barwell branches.

Nicki Moss brings a wealth of experience in finance-based, customer-facing roles, having previously worked in the Leisure and Travel industries in a similar capacity. Her new role at Earl Shilton Building Society will see her working closely alongside colleagues to engage with members of the public and uphold the Society’s high standards of service.

Nicki, from Earl Shilton, said the role appealed to her as it gives the opportunity to work within her local community.

She said: “I’m pleased to be here and I’m looking forward to working with the public and developing new skills.

“Being local to the area, I understand the importance of the role this building society plays in the community and I am delighted to be making a contribution to that.”
