esbs, or Earl Shilton Building Society, has boosted its support for mortgage intermediaries having appointed Harry Modha in the newly created role.
Reporting into Richard Carson, Business Development and Marketing Manager, Harry will work alongside field-based Business Development Manager Shane Dye.
Bringing with him a wealth of experience in sales across various industries, including roles as a protection advisor for a mortgage broker and a quote advisor for a conveyancing law firm, Harry is poised to make a significant impact on esbs’ customer service and business development efforts.
During his time as a quote advisor, Harry assisted clients through the intricacies of the buying and selling process, demonstrating a strong commitment to providing personalised support and guidance.
“I am thrilled to join the team at Earl Shilton Building Society,” said Harry. “I love the fact that every decision is made by an individual and not a computer. Nothing is straightforward these days so it’s great that a human being can find out the true background and scenario of each case. I also like the fact that esbs feels like one big family where everyone gets stuck in and supports each other.”
Aside from his professional endeavours, Harry is an avid Leicester City fan, supporting the team through its ups and downs. “It has definitely been a rollercoaster ride but I wouldn’t have it any other way! I also love travel, especially anywhere with blue skies and sunshine!”
Paul Tilley, Chief Executive of esbs, said, “We are delighted to welcome Harry to the esbs team. His extensive sales background and commitment to personalised customer service make him an excellent addition to our organisation as we continue to prioritise the needs of our members.”
