Earl Shilton Building Society (esbs) has strengthened its team with the addition of Rachael Bartlett.
Rachael joined esbs in June 2024, with her experience from various customer-facing roles in retail, hospitality, and cafes making her perfect for her new role as Customer Services Representative – Branch & Savings Support.
“I wanted to join esbs to build a long-term career with job security,” Rachael says. “The friendly atmosphere among both customers and staff makes every day different and enjoyable.”
Outside of work, Rachael has a passion for travel and films.
