esbs expands team with new talent

Earl Shilton Building Society (esbs) has strengthened its team with the additions of Simon Biggs and Rachael Bartlett.

Bringing a strong background in risk analytics, forensic investigative analytics, and compliance systems implementation, Simon has taken on a key role as Data Transformation Lead since joining the Society in December 2024.

“I was drawn to esbs for its culture and personal touch, as well as the opportunity to help shape its vision, strategy, and operations during a time of exciting change,” Simon explains. “What I enjoy most is the willingness of the Society to go out of its way to help, along with the strong sense of community.”

Meanwhile, Rachael joined esbs in June 2024, with her experience from various customer-facing roles in retail, hospitality, and cafes making her perfect for her new role as Customer Services Representative – Branch & Savings Support.

“I wanted to join esbs to build a long-term career with job security,” Rachael says. “The friendly atmosphere among both customers and staff makes every day different and enjoyable.”

Outside of work, Simon enjoys fixing cars and building furniture, while Rachael has a passion for travel and films.
