esbs website poll results – What would you consider to be the most important traits in customer service?

We pride ourselves on offering exceptional service levels, and wanted to know what aspect of that customers value the most.

An overwhelming majority of 60% agreed that going the extra mile was the X-Factor they look for.

Honesty and trust, as well as being a good listener were similarly ranked at 14% and 17% respectively.

Having a regular contact was deemed the least important factor with only 9% of the votes.
