We pride ourselves on offering exceptional service levels, and wanted to know what aspect of that customers value the most.
An overwhelming majority of 60% agreed that going the extra mile was the X-Factor they look for.
Honesty and trust, as well as being a good listener were similarly ranked at 14% and 17% respectively.
Having a regular contact was deemed the least important factor with only 9% of the votes.
