Leicestershire building society celebrates expansion of mortgage team

esbs, or Earl Shilton Building Society, is celebrating business growth with the addition of three new mortgage administrators to its team.

Diane Stokes, Sue Beaumont and Dan Massoudi have all joined the Earl Shilton based team.

Diane comes with a wealth of experience having previously worked as a Mortgage Systems Co-ordinator at another local building society and has gained her CeMap qualification.

She said, “I was eager to rejoin the financial services industry after a stint in customer services and esbs was perfect as I know the customers are all treated as individuals.

“I enjoy assisting both the mortgage brokers and customers, and my wonderful colleagues make esbs a great place to work.”

Diane is a keen rugby fan; as well as playing, she’s Head Coach for Hinckley RFC Girls team and referees.

Dan is also familiar with the finance industry and eager to learn more having worked for another building society as a Customer Service Adviser.

“After studying for my CeMAP qualification I was looking to develop my skills and knowledge within a mortgage team so this was the perfect opportunity for me.

“I like that we have the best interests of the customer in mind and am enjoying the variety in the job. I’m looking forward to progressing at esbs, with hopes of becoming a mortgage adviser.”

In his free time Dan likes to keep fit, play golf and go to music gigs as often as possible.

With a career background in marketing, Sue also likes that she’s able to make a difference with a local society.

“Taking out a mortgage can seem complex so I like to make the experience as smooth and stress free as possible for customers. It’s great to be helping customers both locally and across the country.”

Sue keeps active between running and swimming, and is looking forward to being able to visit new places again.

Paul Tilley, Chief Executive of esbs, said: “Demand for our mortgage service continues to increase and I’m incredibly pleased that we have been able to expand our team to continue providing the individualised and excellent service we are proud of.”
