Voted for by the public, this accolade reflects the Society’s continued excellence in supporting self-builders across the UK. The Personal Finance Awards remain one of the most respected consumer-voted awards programmes in the finance sector, making this sustained achievement an important milestone for the Society.
At the core of esbs’s self-build mortgage proposition is its longstanding “Individual as you” approach, with every application assessed on its own merits. The Society can consider mortgages for a broad range of self-build needs, including land purchases (with planning permission), property renovations, barn conversions, and remortgaging ongoing projects to help keep progress on track.
