Recommend a friend
When any member recommends a friend to take out a mortgage with esbs and does so, a payment of £200 each is made to the introducer and the new borrower (payment at mortgage inception). -

Recommend a friend terms and conditionsRecommend a Friend Terms and Conditions
If you recommend a friend from the 1st February 2019 to take out a mortgage directly with esbs then you and that friend will each receive a payment of £200 following the start of the mortgage. The recommender must hold either a mortgage or savings account with esbs in their own name or jointly with another member. The recommendation must be made on the esbs ‘Recommend a friend’ form available from the Society’s branches and website www.esbs.co.uk. Payments will be made by cheque within 30 days of completion of the mortgage. The recommended friend is entitled to only one payment, even if they take out more than one mortgage with esbs. A mortgage taken out in joint names will qualify for one payment. esbs will only accept one recommendation for the recommended friend even if the friend is recommended by more than one person. The recommender must be aged 18 years or over. esbs may change or withdraw this offer at any time without notice. esbs will use the personal information provided on the ‘Recommend a friend’ form to contact the recommended friend with regard to their mortgage requirements, and contact the recommender to make the payment of £200 subject to the Terms and Conditions of the ‘Recommend a friend’ form.To apply for a mortgage you must be aged 18 or over. All applications will be subject to valuation, status and the Society’s Mortgage Conditions.

The Wills service is provided by Accord Legal Services Ltd whose registered office is 51A Ormskirk Street, St Helens, Merseyside WA10 2SY. Accord Legal Services Ltd is a member of the Institute of Professional Willwriters. This offer is only applicable to members of the Earl Shilton Building Society that are over 18 years of age. The quoted price applies only to basic Wills, which are not complex in nature and require no Trust planning. Single Wills are for single people who wish to state their wishes for their estate, Mirror Wills are for couples who wish to leave everything to each other and then to their chosen beneficiaries. More complex estate planning will be charged accordingly.
