esbs has recently welcomed two new members to its Earl Shilton team.
Stuart Allen and Bhavti Chudasama have joined the compliance and mortgage teams respectively.
Stuart has an extensive background in the financial industry having experience in the full spectrum of the mortgage process including Risk, Compliance and Policy.
Bhavti is newer to the industry. A recent role at a brokerage firm introduced her to the mortgage process and led to her application to esbs to expand her knowledge and experience in her new mortgage administrator role.
Both credit esbs’ friendly atmosphere to settling in so quickly.
Stuart said, “I’d always wanted to join a smaller organisation to share my knowledge as well as gaining the capacity to concentrate on offering a personal service, and treating customers as individuals.
“esbs not only treats its customers in that way, but the team too. In just a few weeks the welcome and friendliness of the whole esbs family has shone through.”
Bhavti added, “I am enjoying working at esbs as I am able to work in a great team who have been friendly and supportive since I have started.”
