Following a recent string of appointments, esbs, or Earl Shilton Building Society, has recently welcomed another member to its mortgage team.
Madi Vernon is the latest to expand the Earl Shilton team, starting her first full-time job as a Mortgage Administrator. Madi completed her A-Levels in Business, History and Sociology last year, and an interest in the finance sector led her to apply to esbs.
She said, “I have always had an interest in the finance industry and I could see esbs as the way forward for me. With a new way for me to learn, apply and develop my skills it’s an exciting way to start my career.”
Like many people, Madi is enjoying the sense of community at the building society.
“I love how positive and welcoming my colleagues are and how every customer is treated as an individual.
“I have a passion for baking, and look forward to sharing my cakes and brownies with everyone!”
