Leicestershire based esbs, or Earl Shilton Building Society, is the latest building society selected to join the Brilliant Solutions lender panel.
Brilliant Solutions’ thousands of mortgage intermediary members will now be able to access esbs’ ‘as individual as you’ common-sense and flexible approach to underwriting through the mortgage club.
The building society offers a wide mortgage service ranging from first-time buyers, to those employed or self-employed to later years (repaid by age 85), as well as lending against unusual property types such as those with an agricultural tie or other Section 106 restriction, age related and mixed-usage. esbs is also an award winning self-build mortgage specialist.
Brilliant Solutions, formed in 1994, is a mortgage club, but also packages bridging, development and commercial loans.
