Car ownership can have a widely varying impact on someone’s personal finances, so last month we asked your approach to car shopping. Almost three-quarters of those surveyed head to a second-hand dealer to avoid that initial depreciation in value, while the remaining 28% was equally divided between brand new and trawling online for the best deal possible.
