esbs welcomes new faces to support growing operations

esbs has recently welcomed Abi Stringer and Tracy Barnes to its Earl Shilton team.

The latest addition to the mortgage team, Abi’s varied career path has led her to the finance industry.

“My previous jobs have all been very different, from working at a race circuit to waitressing. I’ve recently completed an apprenticeship in Facilities Management at a local zoo, but I’ve always wanted to work within the financial industry so jumped at the chance to join esbs.”

Tracy has joined esbs as a Customer Services Representative, bringing a wealth of knowledge of the banking industry after 13 years with HSBC. She also spent a decade as a nursery nurse, and now her own children have grown up she’s looking for a new challenge.

Both have appreciated the support given by the esbs team.

Tracy says, “Everyone has been incredibly helpful, I’m enjoying the variety in the role and customer interactions.”

Abi added, “I’m so glad to start my career surrounded by a great team. Learning something new every day has been very enjoyable, and my colleagues have been nothing but welcoming and supportive.”

Tracy and Abi both treasure spending time with family and friends outside of work; Abi especially enjoys exploring the outdoors with Olive, her cocker spaniel puppy.

Paul Tilley, Chief Executive of esbs said. “I’m delighted to welcome Abi and Tracy to the esbs team. Our commitment to providing unparalleled service and meeting the growing demands of our community is stronger than ever.”
