Voted for by the public, esbs was crowned Best Self-Build Lender in The Money Page’s 25th Annual Personal Finance Awards 2022/23. The Personal Finance Awards have long been recognised as a benchmark for excellence in the UK’s consumer finance market.
esbs prides itself on its “Individual as you” approach to mortgage applications, considering a variety of circumstances. The Society can consider mortgages for self-builds to cover land purchases (with planning permission), buying a property to renovate as well as barn conversions, and can support with a remortgage for a self-build project that has already started to help keep progress on track.
