esbs, or Earl Shilton Building Society, has recently expanded the team at its Earl Shilton head office in Leicestershire.
Shane Dye has been appointed as Business Development Manager.
Shane brings a wealth of industry experience to esbs having been in financial services for over two decades. Starting at TSB, Shane worked his way up into the Financial Advice department.
Shane later found a passion for the building society ethos, mortgages, and business development while working at Coventry Building Society for the last eight years and most recently has been managing a team of Telephone BDMs and BDM Support Specialists. He’s very excited to join esbs for its case-by-case approach, and the variety of mortgage products on offer.
